Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports
These terms apply to all activities organized by Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports, including those offered under the Andorra Outdoor brand: canyoning, via ferrata and mountain bike guiding in Andorra.
1. General
These terms apply to all services and activities offered by SAS Mountain Sports, located at 1 Camp de l'Amellier, 66320 Joch, France, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 987 563 434 00032. By participating in any activity organized by Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Participation and Responsibility
Participation in outdoor activities, including but not limited to canyoning, via ferrata and mountain biking, is entirely at the participant's own risk. Participants must be in good physical and mental health; in case of doubt, medical advice is required before joining. Participants must have read and act according to the validity declaration provided to them. Instructions from guides, instructors and staff must be followed promptly and strictly. The use of alcohol or drugs before or during the activities is strictly prohibited.
3. Insurance
Participants must have valid accident and travel insurance covering risky outdoor activities. Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports is not liable for damage, injury, loss or theft unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
4. Equipment and Gear
Participants must adhere to the provided clothing and gear advice; inadequate preparation may lead to exclusion from the activity. Provided equipment must be treated with care and returned afterward. Damage from misuse may be charged to the participant.
5. Bookings, Cancellations and Liability
A booking is final upon confirmation by Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports and payment. Cancellations must be made in writing; cancellation fees may apply according to our cancellation policy. If participant numbers are insufficient, weather conditions are poor, or other unforeseen circumstances arise, Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports may reschedule or cancel the activity. A refund or an alternative date will be offered depending on the reason.
6. Program Modifications
By the organizer: Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports reserves the right to modify the program for safety reasons, natural conditions (floods, drought, natural disasters or accidents) or an insufficient technical, physical or psychological level of the participants, without any right to compensation. If we're forced to cancel an activity for any reason, participants will be refunded in full without any right to further compensation.
By the registrant or participant: Any change to the booking (number of people, requested activity, options, etc.) must be communicated to Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports at least 5 days before the activity date, via bookings@mountainsports.fr. After this deadline, the registrant remains liable for the full amount of the services. Any activity that is started and then interrupted or not fully consumed, because it wasn't changed or cancelled within the minimum notice period for any reason, will not be refunded.
7. Liability
Participation in the activities is at the participant's own risk. Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from participation, unless there is demonstrable gross negligence. Participants indemnify Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports against third-party claims related to their participation in the activities.
8. Photos and Video
Photos or video may be taken during activities for promotional purposes. Participants who object to this must state so in writing beforehand.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the jurisdiction where Canigou Outdoor - Mountain Sports is established.
